Whole Wheat Muffins

1 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter/margerine
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda


Cream brown sugar and butter. Mix dry ingredients and add to cream mixture. Spoon into lined muffin cups or muffin tin sprayed with Pam. Bake 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
